WHAT MAKES US RELIABLE
OFFICER HOURLY LOGS:
All officers will submit an hourly log during shift. Logs consist of location, weather, and the actions taken place during that past hour. Reports can be emailed directly to property manager.
Ultimate security offers vehicle violations at all locations. We will enforce all guidelines the HOA board request. Violators will be towed at the request of property manager. Our back office system records time and date, location, and photos of violation and are accessible at any time.
Maintenance is a major role in the safety for all residents in your community. Our guards are trained to report any maintenance problems that make the community unsafe. Whether it’s a street light out, knocked over mailbox, or large pile of cut shrubbery obstructing the street view, our guards will report it.
Ultimate has the technology to add QR scans to any location in the community. Guards will scan QR codes to report that they patrolled that area. The scan will submit location, time and any reports a guard sends. Scans are monitored by supervisor.
Guards are monitored by GPS during their patrols. We track the speed a guard is driving, distance, and time between patrols. Along with all of their stops during a patrol.
All reports are customizable to the manager. Reports can be emailed to property manager hourly, daily, or weekly. We can also build a monthly summary of any of the reports upon request.
